I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate in North Carolina. In addition to providing therapeutic services, I have over 20 years of experience working in child welfare. I have experience providing therapeutic services to help with anxiety, depression, trauma, neglect, abuse, and parenting and household stressors. I specialize in working with all types of family household dynamics, including single parents, children, kinship parenting.


I received my Undergraduate Degree in Social Work from North Carolina Central University in Durham, NC and a Masters Degree in Social Work from Western Michigan University.


I believe walking towards a healing journey takes intention and courage. As a therapist my intention is to guide you as you develop personal strategies to overcome challenges to your success in wellness; by providing a trust-filled, safe, therapeutic environment. In my experience in working with children and families, I recognize that everyone has strengths to build upon and overcome any challenge. I hope to guide you as you discover you empowering strengths.  


Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time with my family and neighbors in my community.
